چکیده
Sleep quality and sleep duration might be more disturbed throughout the pandemic of Covid-19 among health care practitioners (HCPs). It could influence impaired fasting glucose (IFG) hyperuricemia. Therefore, objective this study was to assess association between with IFG hyperuricemia HCPs Covid-19. We conducted a cross-sectional that enrolled 58 in tertiary hospital. Self-reported questionnaire related their using Pittsburg Quality Index (PSQI) were performed by participants. Fasting plasma (FPG) uric acid (UA) examined after 10-12 hours define A total detected 34.5% had 24.1% not identify any statistically significant participants characteristic based on IFG. who shift workers 21.4% compared 54.4 non-hyperuricemia (p=0.03). There no different characteristics according sleep, where 72.4% good sleep. However, we found medication used scores higher group (0.30 ± 0.57) than non-IFG (0.03 0.16) (p<0.01). This detect relationship and/or Shift worker associated (p<0.05). The HCPs, especially during pandemic. An alert high scores, lower risk

To the Editor: Tamita et al reported that abnormal glucose tolerance in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a major risk factor for future cardiovascular events and might critically distinguish high-risk individuals.1 The cardiovascular event-free survival rate in the impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) group and the group with newly diagnosed diabetes were 73% and 67%, respectively...
